Out of School Club

Our Out of School Club offers a warm and cosy environment, providing kids with a fantastic start to their day or a relaxing wind-down after a busy school day. With a variety of activities available, children have the freedom to play, unwind, or simply hang out with their school friends.

Our OOSC team create new and exciting daily activities from our engaging curriculum. From lively sports like football to nature exploration, board games and creative activities. Additionally, children can use the spaces to tackle homework or relax to do some guided reading. To keep hunger at bay, we also offer a nutritious light meal.

For ages five to 11 years old

Holiday Club

Our Holiday Club is the go-to solution for parents seeking high-quality, flexible and affordable childcare during school breaks.

At our Holiday Club, we prioritise outdoor time, physical activities, and support for children's emotional well-being. It's all about creating a fun, exciting, and nurturing environment for your child during their school break!

All children will be encouraged to take part in activities, but children are free to choose whether they wish to participate or not as we operate on the ethos of ‘free play’. Also, our team can help the children with any schoolwork they may have.

Our Holiday Club team organise different themed weeks, activities, and trips to ensure our clubbers have a thrilling, action-packed day filled with lots of laughter and fun.

Our Facilities

The Out of School Club and Holiday Club is held in a room separate from the rest of the Educare building and has more advanced equipment, toys, and games.

The possibilities are endless with what we provide! From laptops, TVs, and video games to an interactive whiteboard, reading space, building toys, and brain-boosting board games – But wait, there’s more! We offer materials for baking, arts & crafts, den building, and a cosy home corner with dolls, role play sets and a fun dress-up area for imaginative play.

Sarah Fairclough

Senior Manager and Team Leader

Mum who with her son, daughter and Doug, her pug, loves to share family days locally and also globally including adventures in the Grand Canyon! When younger her ‘Prince’ surname has been mistaken in the USA as royalty. Sarah is certainly our royalty!

Nursery Practitioner

The team joker with her dad jokes and inflatable dressing-up costumes! A music enthusiast who loves to sing, and dance with a huge vinyl collection. Plays the ukulele and loves to curl up with her dogs Tilly, Bella and Mimi. Level 3 Certificate in Early Years.

An optimistic and fun person who loves children. I consider children like flowers that make our world more beautiful, better and kinder. I would like to share my experience from Ukraine and bring some new ideas for British children. I also like playing tennis and love traveling.
